谷氨酸鋅Zinc Glutamate的應用

谷氨酸鋅是谷氨酸與鋅形成的螯合物，與硫酸鋅比較，具有味感好，口服吸收快，生物利用度高，對胃刺激性小，在體內鋅不易蓄積等優點，是補鋅的理想藥物。有研究者對正常家兔分別灌服及靜脈注射谷氨酸鋅和葡萄糖酸鋅，用原子吸收分光光度法測定血清中鋅的濃度，口服谷氨酸鋅和葡萄糖酸鋅在家兔體內的藥動學過程均符合開放型一室模型，靜脈注射谷氨酸鋅和葡萄糖酸鋅在家兔體內的藥動學過程均符合開放型二室模型?？诜劝彼徜\較葡萄糖酸鋅吸收快，達峰時間短，是較好的補鋅制劑。肝臟疾病患者長期服用鋅劑時，可使血中谷氨酸含量下降而不利于該類疾病患者的康復，但谷氨酸鋅能克服這一缺點，因而其作為肝臟疾病的治療或輔助治療藥物尤為合適。目前，已成功地研制出復方谷氨酸鋅口服液、復方谷氨酸鋅口腔膜劑、復方谷氨酸鋅腸道外營養劑、谷氨酸鋅凝膠劑、谷氨酸鋅滴眼液、谷氨酸鋅殼聚糖滴眼液等，主要用于痤瘡、脂溢性皮炎、口腔潰瘍、幼兒厭食癥等疾病治療，取得了比較滿意的效果。如臨床應用谷氨酸鋅滴眼液治療結膜炎、角膜炎、沙眼患者共44例，總有效率達95.2%。與硫酸鋅滴眼液相比，具有療效好、療程短、無刺激性等優點。
